Redefining Faith

Most of us leave home thinking we know where we’re going. Then, when the unexpected intercepts us, we take comfort in thinking we know what’s about to happen. Then the left hooks from Hell or the right hooks from Heaven take place. Unexpected tests are coming for all of us, to make us the people God created us to be. Abraham went out not knowing where he was going. He left the comforts of the known. Even when he had reached the land God promised him, he lived there by faith as a foreigner. That’s a big deal!
