Immovable – Whatever Happens

A couple, in their late 60’s, had their home explode and burn to the ground. Everything was gone. How would you respond? It’s not difficult for us to imagine them being angry, bitter, hopeless, and despairing. Yet, they soon text these words, “We are so grateful to be alive. The fire chief said if we had been home, we surely would have perished in the fire and explosion. God is good. We feel spared. He has other things planned for us. We are so thankful. I am looking at this… as one BIG opportunity.”
