Incredible as it sounds, a man lived in a wooden shed with a metal roof, 3 feet wide, by 4 feet long, and 5 feet high for decades. He lived in this shed for many years until he died at age 80. Though he could afford to move, he chose to spend his life in that little space. WOW! That makes me think: Am I limiting my growth in God? How big do I want my relationship to be wi    th Him? A shed? A shack? Or a mansion? Jesus said, “In My Father’s house are many mansions . . . I go to prepare a place for you.” Sure, this scripture relates to our eternal future, but it also applies to the Kingdom of God within us. I want a mansion mentality. Not a miser mindset. I want to be a flowing river, not a stagnant pond. I have been blessed. I am being blessed. I will be blessed. “Jesus, expand my heart to believe for the amazing experiences You have promised for my future. I want to live every day grateful, and not grumbling!”
