DAY 22 –

THE AUTHOR OF NORMAL 

Over the years, I’ve had many close friends who had same-sex attractions. Some have joined the gay community and fully accepted living in homosexual relationships. Others struggled with these desires and were able to gain victory, living either celebrate or heterosexual lives. I have great empathy for every dimension of sexual and relational temptation, but I am committed to not allowing my desires to stop me from doing what I know is right and God-honoring. The Bible is very clear that marriage is between a man and a woman and that any sexual relationship outside of this covenant is wrong and sinful. I know many of God’s moral guidelines are being questioned and rejected, as I did for many years. But, in the end, we will each stand before a Holy God, and what He knows is right and healthy is all that will matter.
