DAY 11 –

HAVING A PRE-CAUGHT CONSCIENCE 

It’s always fascinating how cooperative people become, me included, after we’ve been caught doing something we shouldn’t do and face serious consequences. Whether we’re young or old, we’re suddenly compliant when caught red-handed. Joseph’s brothers were only interested in doing the right thing after they were busted for doing what they knew was wrong. It made me think. What I need is a pre-caught conscience. To live surrendered; to become puddy in God’s hands. Fully conscious to do God’s will and His will alone. How would that change my life? I’d be waiting for the BLESSINGS of right living to overtake me, not the past repercussions of my disobedience. “God, awaken our pre-caught conscience so we can look forward to all you have ahead for each of us.”
