When Francis began to pastor in 1997, he knew that God had called him to help people process how to live a fruitful, abundant Christian life in a crazy world. So, he and his wife, Suzie, considered, during their 18 years of globe-trotting and ministering around the world, who were the healthiest people they’ve ever met?
